Pete, an experienced electrical engineer, had relocated to Exeter having spent 18 months in Somerset. He initially struggled to find a position that matched his experience and took a temporary job to cover the bills. After six months, Pete was still in the job, until he had a meeting with a consultant from Elite Recruitment.

Our consultant took the time to get to know Pete and understand what he wanted from his career. We quickly identified a number of potential employers and arranged interviews for Pete. Within three weeks, he had an offer to begin his dream job as an electrical test engineer. 

Exeter Branch 

Summer had been working as a membership sales agent for a gym in maidenhead but she wanted a new career. Summer was invited in for registration with our team and we quickly organised an interview for a marketing/account management role. Unfortunately, after two interviews, she was unsuccessful. 

Instead of giving up, we organised another interview for Summer for a administrator role at an estate agency. After two interviews she was offered the job. Within a couple of weeks, she was already selling and letting properties! 

Maidenhead Branch

Philomena started temporary work via Elite Recruitment having spent a significant amount of time in Dubai as a PA/secretary. She wanted immediate work and we initially found her holiday cover work for some local legal firms. However, she wanted full-time work at a large company.

We organised an interview with a national company based in Maidenhead and she was offered the role. She did so well in her new role that the company gave her training to promote her to a more senior role.
