To work for this prestigious client who are Exeter based and an Independent Professional Construction Consultancy, providing a range of specialist services and advice to both public and private sectors.

As a Project Coordinator you will be - 

• Have a Hands On approach with Strong Work Ethic
• Calling Residents to arrange Appointments
• Strategic Planning and coordination of Diaries
• Managing own Client Programmes
• Reporting on status of Works
• Liaise and working closely with all Departments, Developers, 3rd Party Contractors and Consultants
• Have a Pro Active Approach
• Be a Confident Communicator at all levels both Oral & Written
• Monitor Timelines and work to strict Deadlines & Priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
