Urgent Opportunity: Paralegal – Residential Conveyancing 

Are you an experienced Paralegal with a passion for residential conveyancing? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a track record of managing complex caseloads across freehold, leasehold, new build, and both registered and unregistered properties?

What You’ll Be Doing:

Taking the reins on busy caseloads with a variety of domestic conveyancing transactions

• Interacting with clients, agents, and solicitors confidently, offering guidance and support every step of the way
• Handling every aspect of a conveyancing transaction including:
• Preparing draft contracts
• Raising and answering inquiries
• Managing exchanges and completion paperwork
• Navigating land registry applications and stamp duty submissions
• Being a key point of contact for all stakeholders and ensuring smooth, seamless transactions from start to finish with the support of the fee earners.
