Customer Service Co-ordinator
Permanent, Full-Time hours 8am-5pm, salary up to £28,000 DOE offering great benefits and hybrid working.
A new opportunity for a Customer Service Co-ordinator has arisen to join a busy Team who deliver excellent Customer service to the House building industry for a growing Business. Have you got a background within Construction or New Home building, passionate about delivering excellent Customer Care?
As an experienced Customer Service Co-ordinator you will:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Providing information to customers about products, services, and promotions
- Assisting in the development of customer service policies and procedures
- Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and identifying areas for improvement
Are you a Customer Service Co-ordinator with the following skills?
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Experience in the Home building/ Construction industry is preferred
