Job Description
We have a rare opportunity to join our client who is a well known online retailer. You will join them as a Customer Service Advisor – Live Chat & Email only.
9am - 5.30pm. Mon - Sunday with 2 consecutive days off (1 of those days always being a weekend day). Newton Abbot - £11.66 per hour.
Temporary position with a real and achievable opportunity to become a permanent member of staff!

The Role
We are seeking friendly individuals that can engage, have an eye for detail and enjoy using various media channels.
Working in a busy Customer Service department, you will be handling Customer Emails and Live Chats, ensuring that all queries are answered and that excellent Customer Service is provided at all times.
Skills & Experience required for the role
You will have a Passion for Customer Service and a keenness to learn new skills, as full training is given.
You will come from a Customer focused environment within any sector or industry where Customer Service is key.
You will have previous experience using emails and ideally live chat however this isn't essential.
Good I.T skills.
