Working in Chalgrove, this is a varied Customer Support role working within the medical sector.  The Company distribute a large range of products sold to medical establishments, research centres and laboratories.

This is a temporary position and will be for a minimum of 3 months, initially, but may be extended or made permanent.  Your hours of work are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.  Parking is available right outside the building and the salary will be paying up to £13.33 per hour. Benefits include holiday pay and pension, after 3 months if extended.

This Customer Support role will entail the liaison with customers over the telephone and via email – responding to enquiries and taking orders.

Liaison with the customer, internal departments and the use of the CRM system to identify stock levels, placing orders and looking at timings for delivery etc. 

You will also be called upon to support the Purchasing Administrator in researching pricing of products, ensuring that there is no compromise on quality.

The placing of orders and liaison with suppliers. Assisting with the forecasting of stock by looking at the levels of demand for different services and products.

The successful candidate will have:

Excellent communication skills both written and oral

Strong computer skills with a fast accurate inputting speed

Able to use MS Office to a competent level including word and excel.

Self –starter, reliable and have the ability to multi-task

Able to achieve deadlines and good at prioritising work load.

Excellent attention to detail

A strong relationship builder
