Job Description
We are proud to be working with a highly reputable Law Firm in Sheffield. They are looking for an experienced Risk Compliance Executive to join the team!
Paying up to £28,000 DOE (Non negotiable) – 25 days holiday per year + Bank Holidays (additional Annual Leave entitlement for long service).

The Role
The main purpose of your role as a Risk Compliance Executive will be to assist the Compliance Team and other department officers within the business to ensure that all activities carried out meet the regulatory requirements of the SRA and applicable industry legislation, including data protection and anti-money laundering regulations.
Reporting directly to the Compliance Team Manager, you will have overall responsibility for risk and compliance monitoring and resolution and, will serve as a first point of contact for all staff seeking clarification on issues of compliance.
Requirements
As a Risk Compliance Executive, you will be experienced in:
- Risk & Compliance within a law firm/legal environment (essential)
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to regulatory standards
As a Risk Compliance Executive, you will also have:
- Excellent planning, prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to adapt in an ever changing environment
- The confident and ability to take responsibility for you work, working independently and keeping others informed where necessary
- Strong communication skills , both written and oral
- A resilient and problem-solving approach to your work, with the ability to remain calm under high levels of pressure
- Excellent time management skills
