Job Description

This is a 3 month temporary assignment (with possible exension) to work for a large financial organisation based in Swindon.  The role gives you the option to work from home or the office or both!  Training will be office based to commence the assignment.

The role of Vetting Administrator would suit someone who has an excellent administrative background (ideally within the financial sector but not essential) and someone who is used to compliance checking and ensuring that documentation is up to date and relevent.

The role will suit someone with a keen attention to detail as you will be providing administratve support within this busy department that will include the vetting of personnel and ensuring that all necessary documentation has been completed.

This will entail, the checking of personnel records, speaking to personnel and sending out of forms and ensuring that they are returned and completed in full.  

You will also assist in giving advice and assisting in the resolution of issues and quesries and reporting to the Operations Manager.


The successful candidate will have:

Excellent communication skills by phone and email

Strong administration skills

A keen eye for detail and used to working in a regulated or process driven environment

Excellent IT skills especially - Excel, Outlook and Word.
