Job Description
Customer Service Advisor to cover maternity (up to 12 months). To work a 35 hour week Monday to Friday.
To join the friendly Customer Service Team. Taking calls and dealing with queries, complaints, repairs and change of personal details. An eye for detail and abaility to produce accurate work is essential in this role. Working to daily KPI's ensuring that all calls are answered and dealt with in a polite, prompt and friendly manner.
Provide admin support within the Customer Service Team. Process repairs, replacements, credits, payments and invoicing. This is a busy and varied role and requires people with patients and understanding as dealing with a varied customer base.
You will have a good standard of education within English & Maths and proven working experience with Microsoft Office Suite
This role is to start in March 2021 and subject to a Basic DBS check
