Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity to join an award winning team within the financial industry.

The role seeks a highly skilled individual who can offer:

Excellent Administrative skills gained in recruitment of employee contract sector

Ideally worked within the Financial Sector and understands the Financial Conduct Authority

This is a varied role and you will be involved in the following:

Responsible for the coordination and administration of a particular Department

The administering of Client

Assessment of recruitment applications, coordination of appointments in line with the Financial Conduct Authority and Company standards

Provision of administrative support and the coordination of projects and initiatives including the planning of key projects within the Department

You will ideally have:

Experience of working within recruitment or understanding of employee contracts

Financial Services experience

Excellent IT skills including the use of MS Office - Excel, Word and Outlook

Experience of managing SLA'S and issue resolution
