Head of Digital / Digital Manager
Salary up to £30,000 doe

We are working with a modern digital marketing agency in north Devon to recruit a Head of Digital for their team. Since their inception, the company have grown year on year, and proactively reinvest into the business, their systems and their staff. They are now recruiting for a senior professional digital marketing manager to join their team either as a Head of Digital, or as someone who feels and demonstrates they can grow into the role.

The successful candidate will receive an opportunity to work with great people, who know big brands, having worked for the likes of Ford, Wrigley and Nat West themselves. You will also have the opportunity to work with some exceptional well known clients, and a broad selection of SME’s nationally who need a great digital marketing partner.

From week one, the successful candidates remit will be to continue working with some of the companies largest accounts, reviewing, developing and recommending new strategies, and as the role progresses, take on additional accounts, and manage a growing team of people.

The focus is in 3 main areas of digital, PPC, GDN and Facebook, so you must be an expert in these areas. There is also a growing SEO offering, which has gone from strength to strength over the past 12 months.

To be considered candidates will need
• Detailed knowledge and experience of Facebook and Google platforms
• Formal AdWords qualification
• Thorough understanding of analytics
• Proven experience developing client accounts
• An understanding of basic scrips is also important

In addition you will need to be well organised, a team player, with an ability to work to deadlines sometimes on tight pressure and budgets.
