Job Description
We are recruiting for one of the world’s leading Software and Technology companies for a Senior Account Manager with a proven track record of sales success in the Petroleum and Chemicals industries.

The world’s leading oil & gas, chemical, engineering & construction, pharmaceutical, food, beverage, and consumer packaged goods companies all rely on our clients’ technology to run their business.
We are looking for a German speaking sales professional who is highly motivated, a self- starter with excellent business acumen. A thorough understanding of executing a sales campaign to closure and managing strategic accounts is required.
£40,000 basic, plus 40% bonus, 25 days holiday, 5% pension, Private Medical and Dental.
As the Ideal Candidate you would be expected to achieve quarterly and annual sales quota, Manage the day to day sales process, develop a sales pipeline, provide sales data, coordinate and lead account teams, support Global account development and maintain strong customer account.
You will need to have:
• Demonstrated track record in successful direct sales of software solutions.
• Extensive experience selling to customers in the Chemical/Energy/Petroleum/Engineering industry.
• Significant experience leading multimillion dollar sales campaigns.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Personal computer literacy.
• University degree preferred
• Self-discipline and motivation to produce results with indirect supervision.
• Chemical Engineering or relevant technical degree
• Specific industry knowledge and experience
• Familiarity with Aspen or similar products
• Travel is expected 50% of time
