Your main purpose is to provide clients with a high standard call out service and schedule the technicians to meet client demands.

This role would suit an individual that can work using their own initiative and have a proactive approach to undertake all tasks required, a conscientious and reliable team player and someone who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


  • Answering incoming calls.
  • Call Outs on the in house system MIS.
  • Liaising with technicians via phone & email.
  • Allocating technicians to cover call outs, based on their skills and location.
  • Updating spread sheets on a daily basis.
  • Creating and amending task sheets through Excel.
  • Chasing outstanding technician's reports on a daily basis.
  • Sending reports to technician's to complete for their daily jobs.
  • Car Fleet Administration.
  • Calling Technicians on a weekly basis to check for availability to work Saturdays and update electronic daybook.
  • Attend Monthly Helpdesk Meetings.
  • Carry out annual tool checks.
  • Submitting weekly accurate timesheets.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience working on a helpdesk.
  • Intermediate/Advanced PC Skills - Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Maths and English.
  • Good communication skills both written and oral.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Customer Care Experience/Dealing with customers over the phone.
  • Experience of Elog Books.
