Job Description

Temporary Maternity Cover until May 2018
Training Administrator Role based in Maidenhead
£8.74 per hour

All round Training Administration from making packs up for courses to ensuring materials available.

Job Purpose

  • Organise and co-ordinate the administration in connect with all internal and external training courses

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking of all training courses : venues/accommodation/refreshments
  • Maintaining stocks of and supplying all training materials to the Training team
  • Preparation and distribution of all training manuals, handouts, certificates etc
  • Managing all course joining instructions, accepting and chasing confirmation from delegates to ensure full attendance. Where appropriate select replacement delegates from waiting lists and arrange attendance
  • Managing non-attendance liaising with RHRMs as necessary
  • Producing and distributing post-course correspondence
  • Analysing course evaluation reports and making recommendations for change
  • Producing regular updates on course completion rates
  • Following up non-attendees and reporting to RHRMs
  • Providing support to RHRMs with course nomination process and maintaining course waiting lists
  • Maintaining ‘Course Completed records
