This role is seeking two special individuals to join the Employee Assistance Programme Team. You will be taking calls from employees, of different companies, and identifying their issues. The Employee Assistance Programme is offered to companies in order to look after their employees when issues arise. The team take calls and identify the problems and then the information is recorded and passed to professionals who can help. From relationship counselling, financial difficulty, bereavement counselling and etc.

People who call the line are seeking assistance so a calm and professional manner is a prerequisite.

Duties to include:

Answering inbound calls from a wide range of people and identifying the key issues.
Logging information on the in-house database in a clear and concise manner.
Determine the needs of the caller within the limitations of the contracted service.
Ensure that empathy and professionalism are shown at all times whilst remaining non-judgemental and not offering advice

The role is to work day shifts, 7.5 hours a day, between the hours of 6:45am - 11pm, 5 days a week - to include weekends

After training, weekend work is carried out from home using a lap top and mobile phone. You will need to remain in the house for your shift in order to answer any calls but attendance at the office is not usually required.
