Receptionist : Service Department

Are you looking for a receptionist role, in a busy challenging environment?
Does the thought of a lively, friendly place to work interest you?
We are currently looking for an experienced Receptionist to work in the Service Department for one of the most established car sales groups in the UK.
This role is seeking a very special individual to join on a temporary to permanent basis. The role is immediately available.
You will need to have previous reception and administration experience working in a busy environment and have a proven ability of managing a high volume of calls and also dealing with customers face to face.
The main part of this role will be to offer exemplary customer service both face to face and over the telephone.
Responsibilities include:

  • Answering the service centre phone
  • Managing inbound calls and keeping calm, friendly and professional whilst working under pressure
  • Allocating after sales emails
  • Directing calls to the appropriate departments
  • Dealing with clients enquiries and managing issues
  • Utilising Excel for the logging of client information
  • Taking clear and concise messages

The successful candidate will be well presented, confident and pride themselves on their communication skills and outstanding personality!
